Overview And Experience
IRETIOLA OBIORA (Associate/Practise Manager) obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the prestigious Lagos State University in 2011, Barrister at Law (BL) Degree from the Nigerian Law School in 2012 with both 2nd Class Upper Degrees, Master of Laws from the University of Lagos, Akoka.
She has particularly vast experience in Corporate Practice and Commercial Dispute Resolution particularly as it relates to Commercial Negotiation and Commercial Mediation as the most part of her work experience has been in this area of law which includes working on Nigerian draft legislations with other team members.
Her trainings in the area of general Corporate Practice has exposed her to practical formats which has improved her ability to get deals done, solve problems, preserve relationships and manage conflicts.
She has been involved with National transactions such as the ‘Remodelling of the Nigerian Railway Stations across Nigeria’ where her top notch legal advise was given at every stage of the transaction.
